                        Sunday 30th October was John and                          Rene Stevenson’s last Sunday here at St.                     David’s, after 18 years with us -                           and what a special day it was! We                           are going to miss them!

After a very special Family Service, with communion, everyone enjoyed a farewell meal together, after which John and Rene were presented with a number of gifts from both the church as a whole and many of the church organisations.

As they approach this new chapter of life’s journey, we hope that John and Rene will remember their time with us at St. David’s as fondly as we will remember them.

Fifty Hours of Prayer at GCC

Wednesday 15th to Saturday 18th February

Open from 8am - 11pm Wednesday to Friday,

and 8am to 1pm on Saturday

Everyone is welcome to drop in for as long (or

short) a time as they would like

Foodbank

There are plans to start a foodbank in Coalville, probably based at GCC, in partnership with Trussell Trust.

If you would like to hear more about this,there will be an open meeting on Wednesday 15th February at 7.30pm at GCC
